EDUNOVASPACE

I have a passion for excellence in the design of schools and environments for learning. I have extensive experience in schools and colleges as a headteacher and principal. I have worked in the public and private sectors of education, with national and local government, schools, academies, architects, design professionals, industry and universities. I have been a director of WSP Buildings and a founding director of Edunova (an integrated education design consultancy). I have been the lead education design advisor on large scale school building programmes and I have developed and delivered the educational design brief for over 50 schools and academies. I am the Chair of the Association for Learning Environments UK and I have co-edited a new publication, Planning Learning Spaces, to be published by Laurence King in October 2019... I use my experience within the public and private sectors of education to reimagine learning spaces, improving the design of schools so students can thrive.
