Eugenio has been part of various projects with Club Meliá and The Circle for many years and has participated with most of the clubs in the industry such as Unlimited Vacation Club by AMResorts, Iberostar's The Club, Bahía Príncipe Privilege Club, Fiesta Americana Vacation Club, Viva Vacation Club, Occidental Vacation Club, Holiday Inn Club and Hilton Grand Vacations. Eugenio has been Senior Vice President of Business Development, RCI North America and the Caribbean; COO, RCI Latin America and the Caribbean; Senior Vice President Global Efficiency, RCI; Senior Vice President, Travel Residences Latin America.

Ken has been a senior executive for global companies in the hospitality industry, resort development, consumer banking, travel services and consumer packaged goods. He has been Chairman & CEO, Cendant Vacation Exchange & Rental Network/Group RCI; General Manager, Citibank North America Credit Cards; SVP & General Manager of Disney Vacation Development; CEO of Grupo Gamesa,(PepsiCo-Mexico); and had various marketing and commercial roles at Colgate-Palmolive Intl. in Australia, Dominican Republic, Spain and Mexico.
Michael has been in the hospitality industry for almost forty years, working in the Hotel, Casino and Timeshare markets primarily in the sales and marketing discipline. Heller has held positions as an entrepreneur and executive. Recently, he was part of the start up vacation club-StaySaver Vacations. Michael is founder of MH Marketing, a hospitality sales and marketing company focusing on hotels and timeshare developments. Heller was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Manhattan Club, following a successful year spent repositioning the refurbished Park Central New York Hotel. Prior to that Michael was the Vice President of Hotel Sales & Marketing for Trump Plaza/World's Fair Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. Previously Michael was VP of Sales & Marketing for Doral Hotels & Resorts, plus holding various sales & marketing roles with Marriott Hotels, in areas such as New York City, Bermuda, Barbados, and Hilton Head Island.
Sri is a veteran of the vacation ownership industry and was Senior Vice President Global Revenue and Analytics at Group RCI. He has led high-performance teams dedicated to maximizing revenue, trading, and inventory utilization globally. He also served as a consumer product marketing professional for many years and has published award-winning research papers while serving as a professor of marketing at the University of Missouri. Sri is a founding partner of Club Alchemy which is an innovative, cloud-based platform with turnkey solutions for the vacation ownership and affinity club industry.
