Mr. Serigne has been with EBI for over 34 years amassing experience in the offshore industry ranging from equipment and vessel design through operational and service segments. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Louisiana and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has served as President and CEO of Elevating Boats LLC since 2005. Mr. Serigne oversees corporate wide developments and global relations with strategic partners.
