Our mission at EPS is to provide top quality psychological care, whether it is for mental health or educational needs... So often, people seek physical or mental health services to return to zero. We see what is wrong in our lives and strive for neutrality-that is, to not feel bad. Our mission at EPS is to go above and beyond this traditional model by fostering growth and life satisfaction through clarification of values and enacting positive change. We believe true contentment is built from commitment to positive emotion yes, but also engagement in activity and learning, pursuing a variety of deep relationships, finding meaning in our actions or gratitude, and in a sense of accomplishment from persistent effort.
