Jim is the co-founder of Epic Design Build. As a licensed general contractor with more than 25 years of experience in residential design build projects, Jim integrates quality structures with award winning designs. His innate ability to lead and his knowledge of the craft, make him a necessity for on-site construction supervision.

Marjorie is our Designer and our Design Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in the production of construction documents and design development. Marjorie is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, and her attention to detail helps make the dream a reality!

Maureen is the co-founder of Epic Design Build Inc. She is a licensed Architect and General Contractor who has won many local and national awards for her residential designs including the 2017 Claremont Architectural Commission's Award of Excellence for her design and construction of a local business. With over 25 years of experience in residential design build, Maureen is an expert problem solver, skilled at adapting and managing obstacles!
