Ricky has strong managerial and liaison skills. He is committed to team work and coordinating the activities of the site teams to meet the agreed objectives. He has a good understanding of how important it is to get a project completed right, first time. He adopts a truly collaborative approach with his supply chain, encouraging them to input throughout the delivery phase to add value to the project. He works closely with project stakeholders, particularly pupils and teachers to engage them in the works. Ricky is passionate about the environment and initiates projects that will leave a sustainable legacy such as the formation of Eco Councils in local schools.
As a valued member of the team, Steve has worked on various projects including Day to Day maintenance and Responsive Repairs, Planned Maintenance, Refurbishments, as well as New Builds. His meticulous and professional approach has proven instrumental and decisive in ensuring the success of all contracts undertaken.
Tony joined our team in 2017. He has worked on a broad range of projects both within the public and private sectors and his major strength is being able to convert the aspirations of clients into practicable building solutions on site. Liaising with consultants and sub-contractors, co coordinating the various requirements of detailed designs and understanding the implications of complex building interfaces is a core skill Jim has developed over time. He also has the benefit of significant experience in dealing first hand with clients, end users and their design teams and appreciates their requirements in respect of cost and programme that can only really be gained through years of practical experience.
