With a background in product and project management across the Telecoms and FinTech sectors, Chris has significant experience in leading software businesses within regulated industries with complex data requirements - delivering operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
His role at Flui is to design and deliver against an overall strategy to maintain and develop business growth; supporting the growth of our clients, and enabling the ongoing development of our people and products.
Chris believes in hiring great people, giving them the tools they need to succeed, and then staying out of their way! He sees his role as providing the context, the direction, and the right environment, so that people who are passionate about making a difference can deliver great things.
Chris is a big sports fan and a passionate foodie - you can normally find him in the kitchen looking for new things to cook and eat, or convincing himself of the merits of the next gadget promising to revolutionise his culinary adventures!

With over 25 years' experience in software, technology, and associated services, Grant leads the Professional Services function at Flui. He is responsible for a team of Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers who deliver implementation and other business and technical services to our clients.
Grant champions a ‘Leader - Leader' approach within Flui to leadership and management: He looks to devolve control where appropriate while retaining accountability. This philosophy is supported by knowledge sharing, resource management, and clear goal setting, underpinned by strong values and processes.
Grant is a keen gardener, enjoys travelling and dining out, and strives to achieve a level of exercise to mitigate the latter!

James is an experienced senior leader with over a decade at the heart of energy at National Grid / ESO. He has been in the software industry for 25 years, having delivered agile developments and building teams in the Energy, Automotive, HR and Media Industries. He currently heads a team of 85 people with responsibility for all Flui's R&D. He has worked in Development, Product, Innovation and SLT roles with extensive people experience including working in India for a brief period in the late 00s.
James headed the ESO Labs team that implemented the first AI into the National Grid Control Centre, has won numerous innovation awards for work on CNI systems, was on the AI advisory group for the CBI & FES editorial board as well as broadcasting about energy decarbonisation from COP26, Social Channels and National Radio with a stint in Corporate Affairs.
Sue is a versatile and solution-focused Senior Manager with over 20 years' experience in Utilities, providing service delivery, customer operations, commercial support, and contract management.
Sue's focus is to provide a high-quality, cost-effective service; driven by best practices in line with Contractual and Regulatory standards - delivered by dedicated software professionals underpinned by industry expertise.
She aims to inspire others to do their best work for the benefit of our customers, leading with respect and integrity.
Sue is on a constant journey to improve her health and well-being, interests which support this endeavour include walking and gym. She is an avid reader of predominately crime novels and enjoys quality time with friends and family.
