James' experience in navigating some of the most challenging environments across multiple public and private industry verticals is an absolute asset to any organisation. He is an expert in the delivery of strategic procurement of IT and FM solutions with a demonstrable history of savings delivery.
James lives in Hampshire with his wife, two sons and daughter and has no free time whatsoever.
Jim is a commercial specialist with experience in managing multi-million pound budgets, global vendor relationships and the contracts that bond them.
He has negotiated global contracts with some of the largest vendors in the industry and has a track record of delivering efficiency and savings across multiple categories while building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Jim lives in Cheshire with his wife and two sons and when he isn't working, spends his time playing the guitar dreaming of still making it as a rock star!

Rebecca is a dynamic commercial professional with experience in all aspects of third party and value management across IT outsourcing, applications and systems integration.
Rebecca is skilled in all stages of the procurement lifecycle but particularly enjoys managing existing, complex engagements to ensure delivery and ongoing value from suppliers and has a particular focus on major investment and transformation programmes with third parties.
Rebecca lives in Warrington with her partner Tom and dog Elsie and, if she isn't playing or watching rugby, loves to keep active in the Cheshire countryside.

Steve is the other founding member of Future Source and brings with him a wealth of experience in supply chain, logistics and outsourcing solutions.
Steve has extensive experience across multiple sectors and specialises in working with executive teams to deliver results - one of Steve's greatest attributes is the ability to think laterally to solve challenging problems.
Steve is based in Kent and likes to spend his spare time with his wife and two sons and on the odd occasion, fishing.
