Ian Innes has 45 years experience in insurance broking, risk underwriting, risk management, risk consulting & as Broker Representative of Lloyd's of London in Australia.
Ian brings deep domain expertise in insurance and management of risk holding senior executive roles and as a director of MMI Insurance Group companies (now Allianz Australia).
[Sadly, Ian recently passed away but his Official Acknowledgements as a highly-decorated WWII veteran of Bomber Command (including service with the French Resistance and British SAS operations). John is a respected author on financial planning and has been a Member of the Retirement Incomes Working Group of the Institute of Actuaries Australia.

John Innes co-founded a successful start-up insurtech that grew to the 3rd largest workers' compensation insurer, and an incorporated legal practice, before being acquired by one of Australia's leading insurers.
For 30 years he has worked with major Australian financial institutions and US technology companies in senior executive roles, including as General Manager-Business & Product Development for Australia's largest insurance carrier.
He brings deep domain knowledge of financial services, technical product development and risk underwriting.
John continues to act as Professional Director of disruptive technology companies in Australia, United Kingdom, Hong Kong & Channel Islands.
John has over 24 years experience in M&A, private equity & financing. Formerly, Executive Director at both Macquarie Group and CIMB, he established and was CEO of, Retirement Villages Group (a Macquarie Bank joint venture), the largest in Australia/New Zealand. John currently runs Conquest Capital, an advisory group specialising in healthcare & consumer and is a Chartered Accountant.
Keith is a statistician and specialist in technical analysis of new products and product management.
Previously Head of Technical Research at AIG Insurance and later Head of Product, Keith developed the digital brand and retail products for Australia largest insurer.
Keith is currently responsible for development of direct insurance products and product compliance at Allianz, a key senior governance role following the Royal Commission into Misconduct in Banking, Insurance & Financial Services.
