GIFTS IN-KIND

Gifts In-Kind offers an online store of free gifts for Canadian charities and nonprofit organizations... Gifts in Kind is a non-profit program established in Ottawa by United Way in 2001. We act as a central hub, gathering donations of surplus goods and services from individuals, corporate, governmental and non-profit entities and distributing them to over 200 non-profit agencies in the city of Ottawa. The Gifts in Kind program has been managed by the Rideau Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre since 2011. Over the last 7 years, Gifts in Kind distributed over $5 million worth of donations to Ottawa non-profit agencies... We treat the people we serve with respect, and we provide them with accessible, courteous and diligent services.
