Cara Fano

Cara Fano is the Vice President of Content and Operations at global media company, Stampede Ventures, founded by Greg Silverman which creates and owns new IP across film, television, and digital with an eye toward franchise-first content and building the next generation of blockbusters. She oversees marketing, PR, and brand collaborations as well as all of Stampede's Joint Venture partnerships, including HappyNest - the JV with UTA that incubates and produces animated kids and family content; The Alliance - a partnership with Australia's KOJO with a first look deal with CBS Studios to bring the best and brightest Australian creative talent to the global market. Recent films she has worked on include the upcoming Space Cadet starring Emma Roberts. Current films she is working on in pre-production include The Fisherwoman starring Emma Thompson and KPOPS! starring Anderson Paak. Fano grew up in New Jersey and is a graduate of Boston University's communications school. She started her career in Management 360's mailroom before moving up to a literary partner's desk. She is also a 2022 Cynopsis Rising Star.

Chris Bosco - President

Previously, Chris was the COO of IM Global where he was responsible for the expansion of IM Global's foreign licensing/distribution activity, and was responsible for creation of the expansion into TV, music, and talent management. Bosco also relocated to Prague where he was responsible for operations and finance for the content and distribution division within Central European Media Enterprises (NASDAQ) a vertically integrated media company across seven countries in Europe. The company produced local format hits such as The Voice and Master Chef for the region. Also, Chris was EVP Finance at United Artists (UA) and MGM where he managed worldwide finance including film and TV development, production, distribution and marketing. This included the financing and distribution of CASINO ROYALE and QUANTUM OF SOLACE from the world renowned James Bond film property. He was also involved with the $400 million film financing fund for UA.

Gideon Yu - Chairman, Founder

Gideon Yu is the Co-Owner and former President of the San Francisco 49ers. Gideon holds the distinction of being the first person of color to be the President of any team in the history of the National Football League. In his time with the 49ers, Gideon led the team's efforts in financing and building Levi's Stadium, including securing the then largest construction loan ever in professional sports and the largest long-term stadium financing in NFL history. During his tenure, the 49ers appeared in three consecutive NFC Championship games and Super Bowl XLVII. Previously, Gideon was the Chief Financial Officer of both Facebook and YouTube, the first two internet companies to surpass one billion active users. • At Facebook, he led the investment round from Microsoft and Hong-Kong billionaire Li Ka Shing at a then record-setting valuation for internet companies. • At YouTube, he negotiated its sale to Google amidst a highly competitive auction for the company. Gideon is also a longtime venture capitalist, investor and advisor. Most notably, he led the founding investment in Jack Dorsey's Square and was the first outside board member. Gideon's 2009 initial investment valued Square at $45 million, while today, Square's market capitalization is over $100 billion. He is also an early investor / advisor in such technology unicorns as Alibaba, Dropbox, Twitch, Razer, Opendoor, Cloudera, etc. Gideon was named to the "Executive Dream Team, Startup Edition" by Fortune Magazine, and listed among the "Names You Need To Know" by Forbes Magazine. Gideon earned his BS in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University, and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He is on the Board of Trustees of the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the National Leadership Council of the Navy SEAL Foundation.

Greg Silverman - CEO, Founder

Greg Silverman is an American film executive, producer, tech investor, and the CEO and founder of Stampede Ventures. Prior to founding Stampede, Greg served as President, Creative Development and Worldwide Production at Warner Bros. Pictures. While at Warner Bros., he was responsible for such box office hits as THE HANGOVER, THE DARK KNIGHT, GRAVITY, BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE, SUICIDE SQUAD, THE LEGO MOVIE, SULLY, THE ACCOUNTANT, WONDER WOMAN, CRAZY RICH ASIANS, A STAR IS BORN, Christopher Nolan's DUNKIRK, and Steven Spielberg's READY PLAYER ONE. Hannah Maxwell

She oversees Stampede's corporate finance, joint venture and project finance, accounting, financial operations, and financial planning and analysis. She has a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Jaeson Ma is a media executive, artist, and entrepreneur. Jon Berg

Michael Tadross

Michael Tadross is a film production executive who has played a pivotal role as a leading figure in the film industry for over 35+ years. Prior to joining Stampede, Tadross produced a number of critically acclaimed films for Warner Bros. Pictures, including Ocean's 8, Sherlock Holmes, Run All Night, Cop Out, Winter's Tale, Arthur, The Devil's Advocate, Jack Frost, Eraser, and I Am Legend, one of the highest-budgeted science fiction movies to be entirely filmed in New York City. Formerly, Tadross served as Executive Vice President of Feature Production at Paramount Pictures, where he oversaw such blockbusters as Forrest Gump, Naked Gun 33 1/3, The Firm, Clear & Present Danger, the Wayne's World franchise, Searching for Bobby Fischer, Beverly Hills Cop III, Coneheads, Silver and more. His producing credits also include Hitch for Columbia Pictures with Will Smith and Kevin James; Basic for Columbia Pictures with John Travolta and Samuel L.
