Andrea Prada

Andrea joined the board of Hope is Hear for two compelling reasons. Firstly, to meaningfully help people who have Bipolar Disorder, an illness affecting millions of people globally but yet is still not as widely understood. Secondly, to educate the public on what Bipolar Disorder is and how they can support the community of people affected. With a passion for mental health and understanding the science behind it, Andrea obtained a Masters degree in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University after completing her Bachelors in Neuroscience and Psychology at Vanderbilt University. She is currently a Medical Assistant for Sherber+Rad, a dermatology and plastic surgery private practice in the heart of Washington, DC. She is also the Clinical Research Coordinator for a Phase III Clinical Study for the FDA. Before moving to Washington DC, Andrea served as a research analyst in a clinical neuroscience laboratory at Vanderbilt specifically studying serious mental illnesses (mainly schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorder). She has published papers on her research in the journals Schizophrenia Research and Schizophrenia Bulletin. When she wasn't in the lab, she spent time volunteering at the Park Center in Nashville, an outpatient facility for people with serious mental illness, assisting them with life skills, employment, and independent living.

Arthur Keegan

Arthur joined the Board of Hope Is Hear in October of 2021 with a desire to help individuals suffering from mental illness, specifically Bi-Polar disorders. As an avid world-wide traveler, Art has consulted on this topic with staff at the Institute of Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College London to source multiple thoughts on how best to help tackle supporting people with this disorder. Arthur is President of AEK Group LLC, a financial consulting firm. He has 40 years of Finance, Banking and Accounting experience in both the Private and Public sectors. Prior to the establishment of his financial consulting firm, Art most recently was a SVP and Director of Balance Sheet Management at HSBC. He is an accomplished Financial Management Executive with expertise in Portfolio Management, Balance Sheet Management and Investments. As a results oriented leader, he has focused on strategic investment leadership and managing financial complexity, working for multiple Banking and Consulting firms. As a firm believer in making no small plans, Art obtained his Masters degree (MBA) from Chicago Booth and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting at the University of Illinois, Champaign. He them became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Bank Auditor (CBA). In giving back to the community, Art has supplemented his successful corporate career, by tutoring and teaching Math to the young minds of the future at multiple Mathnasium locations and several School Districts in the Chicagoland area. He has also volunteered as a tutor for underprivileged Chicago Public School students and is proud of his and his families support and contributions toward the H Foundation, a charity supporting cancer research.

Connor Keegan

Connor Keegan is a Senior Consultant and Client Partner for Korn Ferry based out of its' Chicago headquarters. Mr. Keegan advises both new and existing clients on executive Talent Acquisition Strategy, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, and Long-Term Organizational Strategies. While at Korn Ferry, Connor has worked with and successfully placed C-Suite leaders at various sized organizations ranging from Venture Capital startups to Fortune 10, 50, 100 corporations across industries to include Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Digital Health, Non-Profit, Hospitality, Retail, Academia, Technology, and Consulting. Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Keegan spent two years at DHR International where he led project execution for the Global Healthcare Practice serving the nation's most reputable Integrated Delivery Networks and Medical Groups in addition to other C-Suite level projects across industries to include Hospitality, Consumer Product Goods, Life Sciences, Technology, Health & Fitness, Retail, Academia, Non-Profit, Private Equity, and Finance. Prior, he spent several years at a boutique investment bank based in Chicago. Connor holds dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Marketing from Miami University's Farmer School of Business with an emphasis and additional working experience in Political Science.

Kelly is a driven, dynamic and entrepreneurial executive leader serving healthcare partners for more than 25 years. His industry knowledge has allowed him to contribute and build organizations across multiple healthcare markets. His continued passion is to make a difference in improving individual lives by delivering solutions which improve overall quality of life. In his current executive role with The Clinic by Cleveland Clinic he engages senior healthcare leaders within Health Systems, Large Employer Groups, Health Plans, and Provider Networks to ensure no one individual is left behind when is comes to ensuring their overall wellbeing. Kelly supports fundraising efforts for the American Heart Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation, St. Jude's Research, and Catholic Charities USA

Kevin Keegan - CEO, Chairman, President

Kevin is Chairman of the Board and has established the Hope is Hear Foundation in honor of his late brother, Patrick Keegan. Kevin has overall responsibility for All Clean Services, a privately held facilities services company. He strategically directs the organization and its growth model both organically and acquisitively. An extensive background in real estate asset management and development allows him a uniquely relevant perspective and competitive advantage in the evolving marketplace. Kevin has held several C-level management positions, including President of the KGK Group, Inc, a real estate consulting firm, President of Velocity Sports Performance, a franchise sports performance training services organization with over 250 franchisee affiliates and Chief Operating Officer at One Source, an $850 million facilities services company. During his tenure at One Source, he restructured and grew four divisions in a three-year period. Kevin's unique management style coupled with his strategically focused management approach generated revenues more than $220 million throughout the United States, Mexico and Puerto Rico and produced bottom line results at some of the highest levels in the industry. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer for Integroup, Inc, a real estate development company focused on student housing apartment communities. Kevin was elected President of the Osprey Board at the University of North Florida while at Integroup. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago with an emphasis in finance.
