With substantial expertise in both office and industrial tenant representation, Amy Rodbells is part of the Atlanta office of the HSI Commercial team. She specializes in representing both office and industrial tenants for their space needs in the Atlanta market and surrounding sub-markets. Amy began her career in 2002 as part of a medical office tenant and agency leasing team. She has worked on landlord and tenant teams at Newmark (Formerly Grubb & Ellis Company) as part of their tenant advisory group with a focus on accounting and law firms as well as representing numerous industrial tenants to procure facilities and structure lease terms complimenting client's business objectives. Additionally, Amy has spent time working for her family business to identify, zone and develop multiple single-family housing developments sold to corporate and institutional clients including Atlanta-based Cousins Properties and other local investors. A native Atlantan, Amy has extensive knowledge of Atlanta and surrounding markets. She earned her BBA from the University of Georgia in Marketing in 1997 and MBA from the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2001 with a focus on Real Estate and Marketing. During this time she also completed an internship with Atlanta-based Haddow & Associates consulting on highest and best land use projects. Dr. Fredrik Vannberg joined HSI Commercial in 2021 to pursue his passion for helping families acquire real estate, whether for a home or for an investment. He is registered with the residential and commercial arms of HomeSmart/HSI. As an active real estate investor himself, he has seen the power of intelligent real estate strategy leading to generational wealth. Fredrik is a Professor of Biology and is a well recognized figure within the genomics community and has contributed to research for three decades, including time at Harvard and Oxford. He has served as regional judge for the Siemens Competition of Math, Science, and Technology, a premier national high school STEM competition. Fredrik has taught nearly 1000 undergraduates in premedical studies, mentored dozens of masters students and graduated four PhD students. He believes in nurturing the next generation of students and is always happy to provide guidance to students and their families. He has passed various SEC/FINRA investment exams including the Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam (Series 65). As a resident of the Atlanta Metro area for over 25 years, Moses Wilkins has been involved in varied aspects of the Atlanta community. He graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Geosciences with concentrations in geography and environmental geosciences. Starting his federal career in Atlanta, Moses has worked as a HAZUS Mitigation and GIS Specialist with the Department of Homeland Security for over 15 years.
