With more than 30 years of experience in the plastics and electronics industries, Scott has extensive knowledge of injection molding technologies such as two shot, gas assist, IML/IMD, insert, electronic encapsulation (low pressure molding), multi-piece assemblies, electromechanical assemblies, tooling, and tool design. His experience includes developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, creating documents such as DFMEA, PFMEA, FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP. He has led engineering, program management, and sales teams at several OEM and Tier 1 customers. As a business development leader, he has experience ranging in responsibilities from developing a dedicated local sales territory to ultimately managing global accounts and territories. He is skilled in directing multiple complex projects concurrently with strong attention to detail, problem solving, and persistent follow through capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and build cohesive cross functional teams that achieve results.
