Response to COVID: Prior to 2020 examinations and hearings were typically held physically. Due to social distancing measures this is currently no longer possible and they are now being held virtually instead, usually by MS Teams. In addition to having a wealth of experience of physical hearings she also has experience of setting up and managing virtual hearings in accordance with PINS' guidance and requirements.
