D C Woodhead and Partners Limited was formed in 1964 with two employees - DCW and a part time secretary. It acted as an agent for a number of firms, specialising in industrial hydraulics. Maintenance and repair work, mainly in the steel industry, led to design and production of specialist hydraulic systems... DCW continues to repair and service a large range of diesel fuel injection equipment but the R&D facilities major on the development of those systems which are required on larger engines (i.e. those exceeding 80KW per cylinder) on behalf of Robert Bosch AG (Hallein). We update our facilities, as required, to remain competitive in our field and offer the customer a comprehensive service. The addition of new test equipment makes our facilities amongst the most advanced available. We have a specifically trained workforce, backed up by a stores and technical information infa structure.
