We develop and provide "Pre-qualified Welding Procedures" in accordance with the requirements of welding codes that permit them, primarily AWS. We also provide "Procedure Qualification, and Welder Qualification" services, including destructive and non-destructive testing as required to satisfy the welding code (s) that are applicable to your work. Welder qualifications are performed at your field work site or in your shop at your convenience. We can provide the test plates or pipe or provide you with vendors who can provide them at a reasonable fee. For Plate testing, we have a portable bend test machine that can be used at your location for immediate test results (when the applicable code specifies bends) when you perform the necessary coupon preparation (cutting/grinding/machining, etc.). If other destructive or non-destructive testing is required our lab can machine and test as required usually within 5 business days or less after they receive them.
