Kara spent sixteen years working at the Oneida Indian Nation as a counselor and Manager of Behavioral Health Services. Kara has also worked as a therapist on the Mobile Crisis Team in Madison County, NY and as a therapist providing telehealth services to individuals throughout New York state while building her private practice.
