Hannah Kay Herdlinger

Hannah Kay Herdlinger has been a certified coach for over twelve years. She has been living her passion throughout her life - connecting with and helping others. Hannah Kay was born with the purpose of living her life to connect with others. Her passion to help others build confidence in themselves, which is her greatest personal reward stemming from her coaching profession.

Joan Walsh

Joan has served individuals and organizations in a variety of industries for over 3 decades. She assists an organization with the developing of a strategic business plan and then coaches the leaders to achieve higher levels of performance and growth. Joan is the author of Ready, Set, PLAN, Go - Strategies to Accelerate Your Success and Blazing Your Own Trail: A Guide for Women on the Way Up. She also co-authored with David Herdlinger, 10.5 Reasons to Hire a Coach. She is a board member of the Robert and Joan Dircks Foundation and the College of Mount Saint Vincent and on an Advisory Board at S&T Bank. In addition, she serves in a leadership role at Ellevate - Charleston (a businesswomen's organization) and P.E.O. - Chapter AR (Philanthropic Educational Organization). Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has two sons and resides in Mount Pleasant, SC.

Paul Trumbull

Paul Trumbull has worked in healthcare leadership for 25 years. He is driven by positivity and a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Paul has volunteered on a number of not-for-profit boards and offered guidance to civic organizations. He has participated in national leadership conferences with health care organizations including Voluntary Hospitals of America (VHA, Inc.) and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Paul began his long career in healthcare helping people feel better and move better as a physical therapist. As he transitioned into leadership, he found he enjoyed working with team members and peers as much as he did patients. Along the way, he was fortunate to work for an organization that incorporated coaching into its staff development model. He was introduced to David Herdlinger and learned what a powerful impact the right coach can make in a person's career and family life.
