Kona Bakes was born from a love of baking and entertaining. Founder Ashley Butler once dreamed of going to pastry school and then life happened, she went to business school and got an office job, all the while holding down side gigs to satisfy her penchant for the hospitality industry. Ashley never forgot her true passion for baking, and after years of friends and family saying she should do it for a living, her dream has finally become a reality!... My husband and I always have grandiose birthdays; we plan lavish trips, grand gestures and extreme activities. Birthdays are truly the one occasion that we go all out on.
