La Dominica is a family owned business founded by Pedro and Dominga Marrero. They came to the United States looking for a better future for their family after losing everything they owned in their native country, Cuba. Mr. Marrero was an entrepreneur who saw the potential of creating a new product for the Hispanic-American market. He created a new, innovative shape for plantain chips, which he knew would open new doors to success... Today, we are the third generation operating La Dominica. We take pride and are dedicated to continuing our grandparents' innovation. Our product is made with all natural ingredients and its quality is unique.
