Prior to our establishment in 2022, this practice was Lorraine Darling, CPA. Upon Lorraine's retirement, Rande Lavallee acquired the practice. Lavallee and Associates provides accounting, tax, and consulting services to a wide range of clients throughout Southern Maine.
