Brian Rouse is the Director of Administration and LGT Operations and has been with the company since 2014. In his role at LGT, Mr. Rouse manages all of the vendors and business processes that operate in the background to keep LGT running and ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. He also has previous marketing and advertising agency experience working in client services for event marketing and digital advertising firms.
Mr. Rouse received his J.D. degree from Chapman University's Dale E. Fowler School of Law and holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Shannon Nelson has served as Chief Revenue Officer of Direct Response Sales for Lead Generation Technologies since 2015.
She ensures that all LGT products, processes and projects produce optimal efficiency and benefit to clients, while also combining ease-of-use and verifiable scale.
She joined LGT more than a decade ago in 2007, rising to Senior Vice President of Ad Sales and Sales Development and, eventually, Chief Operating Officer, before assuming her current management position.
Shannon oversees all sales and sales development, optimization of client budgets, and day-to-day business relationships with LGT clients airing via their LGT's relationship with more than 1,200 local market TV stations, cable systems, content networks, syndicators and streaming video providers.
