LifeFit Athletics is a wellness company located in Eastern Ontario that is passionately dedicated to the well being of youth in our communities. Founder Laura and ECE Heather have combined for more than 40 years of coaching experience in youth sports and development and have taken this opportunity to bring their knowledge, training and love of activity to help everyone develop skills to succeed in sport for life. Building upon the proven research and methods of such programs such as High Five®, Sport for Life and the National Coaching Certification Programs Fundamental Movement courses, LifeFit Athletics will deliver high quality programming for children and their families.
