Lee Min-Wei is a director, strategist and creative producer based in New York City. Her diverse work experience spans across film, commercial, experiential, and augmented reality projects... I currently work as a creative strategy and creative pitch lead at The Mill's Experience group where I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop proto-Metaverse/mixed+augmented+virtual reality/location-based experiences for the world's top brands. In addition to my work in advertising, I'm also a D&AD industry juror and workshop speaker, and continue to independently direct and produce films (see latest directed work here).
