Mark has an excellent track record in commercial control and the management of construction projects. Mark has previously worked for Rok PLC, Wates, Thermabuild, All Saints Construction and High Street Residential, amongst others. Mark has held numerous senior roles and responsibility for the financial control and contract management of many large schemes across the UK, most recently including the conception and delivery of many key projects for High Street Residential, including the tallest building in Newcastle upon Tyne. Mark's extensive experience in commercial management is a key component to cost effective construction and will ensure all developments under his control are delivered on time, and within budget.
Michael has vast experience in innovative and fast track construction techniques gained from working in both Netherlands and Germany.
Working in the construction industry for over 30 years, Michael has garnered years of hand on experience as well as management in a variety of roles in this sector.
Moving back to the UK Michael has successfully established and managed a construction company, focusing on interior elements such as joinery, refurbishments, dry lining, and general residential upgrades since 2015 with annual turnover in the region of £1 million.
