MABINA - Key Persons

Mr Mabina, with a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws in commercial law, is an accomplished legal professional. He has made notable contributions to commercial law and has published various articles on commercial law. He served as a Legal Researcher at the Constitutional Court and played a pivotal role in commissions of inquiries such as the State Capture Commission and the 2021 IEC Local Elections Commission. His expertise span from commercial law, insolvency law, law of contracts, financial markets law, labour law, constitutional law, civil and criminal law. Drawing from his extensive legal experience, Mr Mabina founded Mabina Attorneys Inc. He has a right of appearance in the Superior Courts and is currently a member of the Rationalisation Committee established by the Minister of Justice, which is tasked with a mandate to enhance access to justice, particularly for the marginalised and those living in remote rural areas.
