Alex Moore

Job Titles:
  • Junior Designer
Alex helps with the design details of projects with accurate drawings and selections. She also accompanies Meg to most projects where you will see her smiling face:-) Alex obtained her degree in interior design from a CIDA Accredited Program at Georgia Southern University. After graduating from GSU, she came back to Phoenix, AZ where she was born and raised. Alex has worked in many facets of design from custom closets to large scale commercial buildings. Here at MBD, she specializes in any detailed drawing for the contractors and sourcing the latest and greatest for clients. When she's not working you will find her spending time with her family, gold retrievers, and is a self proclaimed foodie.

Kelly Ragan - COO

Job Titles:
  • Director of Operations
Kelly is originally from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and moved to the Valley 17 years ago to enjoy the weather and mountain views. With an extensive background in administration, Kelly's passion is in the details and are we ever thankful for that. She is the reason we get our materials on time and your invoices are correct:-) When not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, home improvement projects, and cooking. Kelly keeps the ship sailing and makes sure everything behind the scenes happens to ensure the success of our projects.

Megan Behrens

Meg is our fearless leader. Her passion and eye for design is what brings us all together. With an eye for quality, a superior sense of style, and a client-centered approach to business, Meg Behrens has proven herself as an innovative designer. She offers a balance of creativity, collaboration and forward thinking with a structured, organized and detailed mentality; enabling her to deliver focused development, follow through and total completion to each aspect of the design. She realizes the potential of any space. It involves considered choices teamed with a sense of bravery. She has a strong understanding of how interiors come together, from the architecture of the space to the furniture and soft furnishings that fill it. Color Palette, material choice and finishes are all equally important- each element is essential to creating one cohesive space. Meg has been fortunate enough to work with exceptional clients on projects that span from residential remodels to custom home construction. Her previous role at the lead designer at Blue Sky Homes helped her understand the needs of a builder, but Meg truly feels her best work is for families.
