The siblings still love inventing and working with customers, just like they did when they were kids. McNaughton Inc. is a family owned company, located in Minneapolis. The company was founded more than three decades ago by brother-sister team, Jamie McNaughton and Patrick McNaughton. It's safe to say that these siblings were destined to be successful entrepreneurs.
