With nearly 30 years of financial leadership in the tech industry around the globe, Carolyn has deep expertise supporting multiple SaaS and hardware companies all at different levels of maturity where she has served in numerous functions and leadership roles, as well as led teams through multi-billion-dollar acquisition integration and divestiture. Most recently, Carolyn served as CFO and VP of Operations at Boomi, a software enterprise specializing in integration platform as a service where she led the company toward break-even cash flow prior to the company's $4B divestiture from Dell in 2021. Prior to Boomi, she spent a considerable portion of her career at Dell Technologies in various financial leadership roles in operations, audit and sales divisions. Carolyn holds a Masters of Science in international business and an MBA with a finance concentration from University of Miami.

David Fox joined Marigold in November 2019. During his tenure, he has effectively scaled the customer teams to deliver a consistently differentiated customer experience. His responsibilities span across the Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Services, and Professional Services across all of the Marigold brands. Prior to joining Marigold, Fox was the SVP of Client Services at Experian Health, where he worked for over 20 years and held various leadership roles in the customer organization. At Experian Health, he developed a passion for delivering a memorable customer experience with an approach focused on customer listening first and empowering employees to act. Prior to Experian Health, David led Services and Support at First Data Corporation. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

With 20 years' experience in product management, as well as deep expertise in developing product roadmaps for enterprise platforms, Desta Price serves as the Chief Product Officer of Marigold. Previously at Sitecore, Desta is known for driving the strategic, technical, and market-based decisions required to build successful solutions, with a strong focus on customer success. Prior to Sitecore, she was Vice President of Product at Litbit and held product leadership roles at Xactly, Calidus, and Selectica. Originally from Minneapolis, Desta earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Jesal Prabaker is General Counsel of Marigold, specializing in SaaS, technology, and privacy law. Prior to joining Marigold in 2016, she worked as Corporate Counsel at Clearslide and In-House Counsel at AurionPro Solutions. Jesal holds a J.D. from Indiana University, Maurer School of Law-Bloomington and earned her bachelor's degree at UCLA.

With more than 25 years of experience, John has enjoyed a distinguished career as a commercially focused, go-to-market executive in the high technology industry. He has played key roles in several high-growth SaaS businesses and Fortune 500 companies, driving scale and performance development while guiding each to successful outcomes. Prior to Marigold, John has held sales leadership positions at Infor, Sungard, MSCI and Unit4, and his body of work was refined during his years at Adobe where precision, focus and performance-based culture was a cornerstone of success. As Vice President and General Manager for the Digital Experience division there, he was responsible for sales to selected strategic verticals, successfully driving scale, value, customer success and horizontal expansion of Adobe Digital Experience solutions. As an accomplished and passionate executive with an insatiable appetite for continuous improvement and scaling businesses quickly, he has a proven track record of success in some of the most demanding assignments including public, private, emerging and established technology companies, contributing at both strategic and operational levels. The high-performance teams he has built and led have been recognized as some of the finest in the industry.

Micki Howl is a leader in the email marketing technology landscape with a diverse background ranging from television production to digital marketing creative management. Her most accomplished projects include the rollout of the Yale Open Course Initiative, which brought courses from tenured faculty members into the lives of self-learners all around the world. She was an Associate Producer on many of E! Entertainment's Live from the Red Carpet's broadcasts on International networks and at the Neiman Marcus Group, she was part of an elite team of business, marketing and creative professionals charged with elevating the Bergdorf Goodman brand within the high-fashion world. Micki holds a bachelor's degree in Media Production and Telecommunications from Pepperdine University. She is currently located in Dallas, TX and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Marigold. She works with a dedicated team of operationally-minded professionals, who provide world class service to the Marigold customer family!

Sharon Strauss is the Chief People Officer of Marigold. Prior to joining in 2018, Sharon was the Chief People Officer at GetWellNetwork, Inc. She has more than 25 years of human resources and change management experience and has held Human Resources leadership roles at a number of leading global companies, including Tiffany & Co., Citigroup, Dunkin' Brands, and General Electric, as well as several software companies. Sharon attended Brown University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in psychology.

Wellford Dillard is the CEO of Marigold. Wellford has more than 15 years of experience in the software industry and held CFO roles at six companies prior to Marigold, including OPower (OPWR: sold to Oracle) and GetWellNetwork (sold to Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe). Prior to holding senior leadership positions in the software industry, Wellford worked in management consulting, investment banking and equity research. Wellford holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and earned his BA in Finance from the University of Memphis.

Wendy brings more than 20 years of experience developing, leading and executing growth-focused marketing strategies for a diverse range of technology, B2B and SaaS software companies, from startup to IPO, mid-market to $1 billion+. She joined Virgin Pulse in 2015 as Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for accelerating the company's growth, expanding Virgin Pulse's brand awareness, driving demand for the company's personalized health, wellbeing and engagement solutions, and connecting the touch points with Virgin Pulse customers and users to ensure a consistent and positive experience. She leads overall marketing initiatives and operations, including demand generation, field marketing, corporate communications, brand and product marketing. Prior to Virgin Pulse, Wendy served as Vice President of Global Marketing at SumTotal Systems, a leading human resources (HR) and talent management software provider, where she was responsible for elevating SumTotal's brand and scaling the company's global marketing strategy prior to its acquisition by Skillsoft. She brings extensive experience implementing marketing strategies that have propelled impressive growth for a number of market leading enterprise software companies, including Metastorm (OpenText), Plateau Systems (SuccessFactors/SAP), Appian, and webMethods (Software AG), which today remains one of the most successful software IPOs in NASDAQ history. Wendy earned a Bachelor of Arts from the Diederich College of Communication at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
