She engages with local communities as it relates to the One Columbus initiative, "Prepared Communities Win" with a focus on site readiness. Additionally, Haley provides support to the Mid-Ohio Development Exchange (MODE) which brings together more than 40 local economic development organizations within the Region for networking, programming, and professional development. Prior to serving as the Regional Engagement Manager, Haley served as the Administrative Specialist with One Columbus for three years. In this role, she coordinated logistics for meetings involving One Columbus and MODE stakeholders. She also executed Economic Development 411 (ED411), a half-day program that attracts nearly 500+ attendees each year.

Jay has particular expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and is an integral part of the team that manages map production for One Columbus. As senior project manager, he works directly with companies evaluating the Columbus Region for job creation and investment opportunities. He is responsible for leading domestic and international attraction projects and regional expansion projects across all industry sectors. Tom also manages the Columbus Region property database and supports site selection leads and projects. Tom began his career as an intern with One Columbus (formerly Columbus 2020). He has previously held roles as Project Manager and Project Coordinator with the organization. A Cleveland-native, Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State Univerisity.
