Mitchell E .Gavin is 1969 graduate of the University of West Alabama (formerly Livingston University) with a BS in Business Administration where, among other honors, he served as President of the Student Government Association, and was a member of Blue Key National Honor Fraternity... After graduation, Mr. Gavin worked as a purchasing agent for Golden Flakes Snack Foods in Birmingham, Alabama, and continued his education in night school at Cumberland School of Law of Samford University where he received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 1975.
