Mr. Grabert has been working for the United Nations Climate Change Secretariat (UNFCCC) for more than 25 years. He heads the Mitigation Division of the UNFCCC, leading the work on market-based approaches to climate change mitigation.
Prior to 2006 he served as a greenhouse gas emissions specialist and worked in numerous expert groups of the United Nation's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Before joining the United Nations, he was an industry and regional analyst for the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. Mr. Grabert holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Wheaton College, Masters of International Economics from the Institut de Hautes Études Internationales in Geneva, and has undertaken post-graduate studies in Management at Stanford University, University of Navarra (IESE) and London Business School, and in Development at Harvard University.

Kate previously chaired the Policy workstream of the UK's Green Technical Advisory Group which advised the UK government in relation to its green taxonomy.

Pablo develops and executes activities that help countries advance climate goals by facilitating access to analysis, tools, expertise, financing, and other resources.
Pablo is a leading figure in the environmental, green growth, and sustainable rural development sectors in Colombia. Before joining the NDC Partnership, he served as an Advisor to President Juan Manuel Santos, managing Colombia's accession to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and supporting the coordination and implementation of national and international commitments on the environment and climate change. In 2013, Pablo was appointed as Deputy Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, responsible for the formulation, adoption, and implementation of all environmental and sustainable development strategies, policies, and regulations, with a special emphasis on climate change, water management, biodiversity, and ecosystem services. Pablo also has wide experience working for the private sector in the fields of innovation and technology development for the petrochemical industry. Pablo is a Chemical Engineer from Colombia's National University and holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Tulane University in New Orleans.

Saliem Fakir estblished the African Climate Foundation. Prior he served for 11 years as the Head of the Policy & Futures Unit of WWF South Africa.
Saliem Fakir was also a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Public Administration and Planning and an Associate Director for the Centre for Renewable and Sustainable Energy at Stellenbosch University. For eight years, Saliem was the Director of the World Conservation Union, South Africa. He has served on several Boards and is a prolific writer, contributing to leading publications.

He has two decades of experience in advising government, multilateral, bilateral organizations and business in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Mauritius, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Jordan, and United Kingdom on projects related to energy efficiency and climate change in sectors such as industry, appliances, transport, forestry, water, urban infrastructure, and buildings. Prior to joining Shakti in 2016, Shubhashis was working with Ernst & Young, Sodexo, Eaga Energy and McKinnon & Clarke in the past. He is a Postgraduate in Energy Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, Kolkata, and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from RCOEM, Nagpur University.
