Cyndi Gamble graduated from William Jewell College with a BA in political science. After a stint in Washington, D.C. in Senator Danforth's office, she returned to Kansas City and worked on Governor Bond's second campaign for Governor. His victory brought her to Jefferson City. She spent the next twelve years as a Legislative Liaison for his administration and Governor Ashcroft's. She primarily worked on mental health and social services issues. Next, Cyndi went to the private sector as the Director of State Governmental Affairs for Health Midwest of Kansas City. Health Midwest was a vast, not-for-profit, community-based health care organization and the largest private employer in Kansas City. It is now known as HCA of Kansas City. After taking some time off, she joined Gamble Schlemeier in 2012. She lives in Jefferson City with her husband, Bill. They have two children, Katie and Jack.

David Jackson

David Jackson began his career in government relations as Missouri's youngest registered lobbyist at age 19 and has negotiated more than 150 public policy changes over the last 14 years. Prior to joining Gamble & Schlemeier in 2016, David served as the managing partner of the Gate Way Group, the lobbying division of a national media and public relations firm based in St. Louis. In 2014, the St. Louis Business Journal named David to their list of top 30 Under 30 business leaders in the region. David received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Westminster College and an Executive MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. David serves on Westminster College Board of Trustees and volunteers on the Board of Directors for Criminal Justice Ministry, a criminal justice reentry non-profit in St. Louis. He lives in St. Louis County with wife Claire Vatterott Jackson, son John and daughter Lucy.

Jeff Brooks

Jeff Brooks is a licensed attorney with extensive state government experience. He began his career in Jefferson City serving as Chief of Staff to the former Speaker of the Missouri House, the Honorable Ronald Richard. Prior to joining the Gamble & Schlemeier team, Jeff most recently was a partner in the St. Louis-based law firm of Armstrong Teasdale, handling a broad range of issues for the firm's Government Relations clients. Such issues included public finance, labor, health care, municipal and local government matters. Jeff's government experience also includes serving as District Counsel to former U.S. Senator James M. Talent, where he helped develop and implement the Senator's federal and state policy initiatives. Jeff's legal practice of over 10 years specialized in securities and corporate matters, with a focus on private equity financings. Jeff received his J.D. in 1994 from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, and his Masters of Laws, LL.M. degree from the University of London in 1996. There his studies focused on international banking and financial law. In 1990, Jeff earned a B.S. degree from Missouri State University, in Springfield, Missouri, concentrating on business communications and political science. Jeff lives in St. Louis County with his wife, Julie, and their three sons, Jack, Matt and Ben.

Jennifer Wilson

Jennifer Wilson earned her teaching degree from Webster University and spent 24 years as a teacher in public and private schools before joining Gamble and Schlemeier. She assists with scheduling, day-to-day administrative tasks, travel, and event planning, and a variety of other special projects to advance Gamble and Schlemeier's mission. She resides in O'Fallon, Missouri with her son, Hayden, and enjoys watching him play college baseball.

Bill Gamble attended Central Methodist College where he successfully completed a degree in political science. His career in government began in 1973 when he worked as a student intern for then State Representative Fred DeField. After college, Bill served as a research analyst for the Missouri House of Representatives. From 1977 until 1983 Bill was affiliated with John Britton and Associates where he lobbied for a variety of business and professional trade associations. In 1984 Bill began what is today Gamble and Schlemeier, Ltd. Bill resides in Jefferson City, Missouri, with his wife, Cyndi, and has two children, Katie and Jack. William A. Gamble started what is now known as Gamble & Schlemeier in 1984. He established William Gamble & Associates after a seven-year association with another Jefferson City governmental consulting group. In 1992, Jorgen Schlemeier joined the firm and in 1995 became a partner in Gamble & Schlemeier. Gamble & Schlemeier is now the largest governmental affairs firm in Jefferson City. We are experienced in lobbying both the legislative and executive branches of state government, including state department heads. As we have grown, we have developed a reputation of winning on tough issues.
