Doug Baker

Doug is a graduate of the Texas Wesleyan Graduate Program of Nurse Anesthesia, and currently practices in Tiffin, Ohio. Doug has practiced in community medical centers, outpatient surgery centers, critical access hospitals, and as a member of a US Army Forward Surgical Team in Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel. Doug is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and Society for Opioid Free Anesthesia. Doug is a graduate of the Texas Wesleyan Graduate Program of Nurse Anesthesia, and currently practices in Massillon, Ohio.

Jeff Molter - President

Jeff is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University Mount Sinai School of Nurse Anesthesia. Jeff Molter is co-owner of Block Buddy Pro, President and co-owner of Western Reserve Anesthesia Associates, and co-founder of the Society of Opioid Free Anesthesia (SOFA). Jeff is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University Mount Sinai School of Nurse Anesthesia. With a strong interest in business, Jeff later continued his education by earning an MBA from Lake Erie College. Jeff has been published in textbooks and anesthesia journals, and has presented numerous lectures at various state and national meetings. Along with Scott Urigel, Jeff has taught many regional anesthesia conferences for hospitals, state associations, and universities. Jeff has served on four medical mission trips to Haiti, where along with a surgical team, he provided necessary anesthesia care for general surgical and gynecological procedures. He served as the solo anesthesia provider on two of those mission trips. Jeff is a member of the Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists, American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Society of Ambulatory Anesthesia, and the International Anesthesia Research Society. Jeff is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve University/Mt Sinai School of Nurse Anesthesia.

Kellie Deeter

Kellie Deeter is a graduate of The University of Akron Nurse Anesthesia Program. She is also co-owner of Firelands Anesthesia in Willard, Ohio and sole owner of Northern Ohio Anesthesia Ltd. Kellie Deeter has been featured in hospital publications for her implementation of ultrasound guided peripheral nerve blocks, which has facilitated earlier discharge times, increased patient satisfaction scores, and lower healthcare costs. She started and operates a PICC line service and serves as a hospital based Neonatal Resuscitation Instructor. Kellie has presented on various topics including Difficult Airways and Invasive Hemodynamic Monitoring. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the Ohio State Association of Nurse Anesthetists (OSANA). Kellie is the recipient of the 2018 AANA Ira Gunn Award for Outstanding Professional Advocacy, and the 2017 OSANA CRNA of the Year Award.
