I spent over five years training as a psychotherapist and counsellor at Birkbeck and Regents Universities, London. My training was rigorous and governed by BACP (Birkbeck) and UKCP (Regents). My coaching training was at the Academy of Executive Coaching... I had a first career as a City solicitor, and the combination of this professional experience and a therapy training has given me a unique insight into the challenges faced by business professionals and, in particular, working executive mothers.
