Abhishek is the founder of and helms Oona's growth roadmap and development. His passion for digitizing and simplifying insurance and providing the best in class customer experience inspired hiim to establish Oona. He has 25 years of experience across various geographies and industries. Before founding Oona, he was with FWD Group where he served as Group Chief Officer of New Business Models and CEO for FWD Singapore. Prior to that he was the CEO of Prudential Poland and held numerous senior roles across the globe, including Malaysia and India. He is an Economics Graduate from SRCC, University of Delhi and holds a post-graduate in Management from IIM Kolkata.
An Indonesian citizen who was born in Kerinci, Jambi, in 1978. She has completed his Masters in Fire Safety Engineering & Management at the University of Indonesia. She started her career from 2000 to 2004 at PT. Zurich Insurance Indonesia. Then until 2009 she continued her career at PT. Asuransi AIU Indonesia as Property Profit Center Manager, and in the same year served as Regional Underwriting Manager at PT. Chartis Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd Singapore. In 2012 served as Chief Operations Officer at PT. JLT Broker until 2016, then worked at PT. Asuransi Asoka Mas with the same position. Then she had a career at PT. Professional experience as an executive in several companies, including as Vice President of Commercial, Marketing and Logistics at Cemex Venezuela (1994 - 1997), as President of Cemex Caribean (1997-1999), subsequently serving as Country President at PT Cemex Indonesia and Deputy Managing Director of PT Semen Gresik (1999-2007). Starting her career in finance at PT BII Lend Lease Investment Services, he later joined PT Asuransi Sinar Mas, PT Alpha Multi Service, PT Menara Dana Sejahtera, PT Asuransi Umum Mega and PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika. She joined PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk as Head of the Accounting Division and in 2022 she was appointed as Director.
Saurabh serves as Director at Oona Holdings Pte. Ltd. and as Managing Director at Warburg Pincus. Vincent C. Soegianto, a seasoned leader with close to three decades of experience in the financial services industry, leads Oona Indonesia as our esteemed CEO since January 2024. Vincent has a remarkable track record in managing business lines across a number of jurisdictions, including Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.
Vincent is very passionate in building digital innovations for economic enablement through mass reach of financial services. His extensive experience spans key roles in prestigious financial institutions, including Bank Jago Tbk, Malayan Banking Berhad, Citibank, HSBC, ABN AMRO and BCA.
Vincent holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tarumanagara University, a Diploma Status in International Trade and Finance from IFS, UK, Certified Treasury Professional qualification from US Association of Treasury Professional and several other International Trade qualifications.
His leadership philosophy reflects a commitment to open leadership, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive transformative changes.
Vincent is currently undergoing a Fit & Proper Fest (FPT) process at OJK and his appointment as the CEO of Oona Indonesia will be approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Oona Indonesia upon issuance of OJK approval on his FPT result.
