Norm's Is a hometown place built by a hometown kid. It was opened in 2004 by Justin Walsh ( A.K.A. Norm ) after returning home from Chico State, where he honed his skills for entertaining. Filled with memorabilia from years of racing and hot rodding the restaurant sat 50 in the dining room and 8 at the bar... We are an automotive themed casual community fun with impressively built plates at the right price where everybody knows your name.
