No Reservations was first created as a platform for me to share our food journey with family and friends. As most of you know we are a busy family of 8, so when the pandemic hit, we began to face some challenges feeding a large family. Challenges related to the cost and availability of foods as well as obstacles related to shopping and going out in groups larger than 4-6. Luckily, we strive each new year, and throughout, to challenge ourselves to gather for family meals, to use groceries and supplies we have on hand first and avoid the pitfalls of "Fast Food." Meal planning and prep is the framework to our success. As our page grew in numbers, I came to a quick realization that everyone needs to eat but not everyone has either the time or the desire to cook.
