Some Board and Staff identify as Deaf, some deaf with cochlear implants, some hard of hearing, and some hearing, and many sign ASL. We are people from different generations - Baby Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Y, and our generational experiences have also shaped our perspectives. The diversity of the deaf and hard of hearing people we serve and our own auditory and cultural diversity contributes to the uniqueness of NVRC... NVRC eNews provides news and community announcements on variety of topics related to deaf and hard of hearing people and their families, friends, co-workers, employers, business and government agencies that serve deaf and hard of hearing people.
