Chanda has been with HospiceCare as the Charleston in-patient administrator since May 2021. She has a bachelors degree in psychology from Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky, an associate degree in nursing (ADN) from Kanawha Valley Community and Technical College, and is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) through the University of Kentucky.
Chanda and her husband have three grown children and one spoiled puppy. She enjoys spending time with family and friends especially at the lake, reading and traveling.

Dr. Boggess has been with HospiceCare since the fall of 2011. He received his Bachelor of Science and Industrial Engineering from WVU in 1982, and his medical training from the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 1995. The Jackson County native from Ravenswood now lives in Charleston's South Hills with his wife, Dr. Kim Ewing, MD, an ER doctor at CAMC's Women and Children's Hospital, where they raised their two daughters.

Jean Kranz joined the HospiceCare team in 2021, bringing with her extensive experience in clinical respiratory care, department management, academia, project management and patient centered medical home quality improvement. Prior to joining HospiceCare, Jean served as the Executive Director of the Children's Health Insurance Program, an appointed position by Governor Jim Justice. Jean is a Board-registered (licensed) Respiratory Therapist and holds a national neonatal/pediatric credential. Jean has more than thirty-five years healthcare experience, including holding the Vice President position in Patient Safety for the WV Hospital Association. During her tenure at the WV Hospital Association, she worked on patient safety initiatives to assist in the standardization of policies and procedures across WV hospitals to help protect our WV residents.
Jean has always been a strong advocate for West Virginians, leveraging her far-reaching healthcare and advocacy knowledge to lobby for important healthcare matters that impact the Mountain State. Jean holds a dual master's degree in business and human resource management from the University of Charleston.

Julie has been with HospiceCare since 2012 and was named Director of Social Services in 2018, while also finding time to meet with families. She is s licensed independent clinical social worker and received her master's degree in social work from WVU, Charleston Division in 2008.
Julie is the mother of "two sweet boys" and is humbled to have the opportunity to work for HospiceCare:
Kendra has served HospiceCare since 2006 and is responsible for all the human resource, payroll and volunteer service functions for our organization. Her areas of responsibility include recruitment and staffing, designing/planning/directing the volunteer program, benefits, classification and compensation, employee relations, career services, payroll, and leadership development.
Kendra holds a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Mountain State University and a Masters of Human Resources Management, (MHRM) from the University of Charleston. She also is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
In her free time, she enjoys being involved in church activities, spending time with her family and friends, exercise, traveling.

Tanyia has worked for HospiceCare for since 1999. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Alderson-Broaddus College, a Masters in Nursing Health Systems Management degree from the University of Virginia, and a Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Post-Masters degree from West Virginia University.
She and her husband Ray live in Lewisburg and have one daughter. Her passion is animal rescue, especially shepherds and retired greyhounds.
Peyton Hospice House is an eight-bed facility located in Lewisburg, WV to serve the south-eastern part of our state and surrounding areas. Families, including children, are welcome anytime. Nestled in the heart of the Greenbrier Valley, the Peyton Hospice House provides a peaceful retreat for patients and families. Nurses and certified nursing assistants are available around the clock to provide care. Social workers, counselors and chaplains tend to the counseling and spiritual needs of the patient and families. Our doctors regularly visit the patients and are on call 24 hours a day. Volunteers also are available to make the patient and families as comfortable as possible.

Shellie has been with HospiceCare since 2001 and served in many areas of the organization. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, (B.S.N.) from West Virginia University.
She and her husband Tim live in South Charleston with their daughters.
