Pongsak has over twenty five years of professional experience in architecture and interior design. His twenty five year record as an architect and designer has materialized all around the world: Thailand, Hong Kong, and the USA.
He began his professional career in Thailand after graduating in 1990 from Kingmongkut Institute of Technology. He was awarded the Asia Oversea Technical Scholarship (A.O.T.S.) and studied in Tokyo, Japan.
He received his Masters in Architecture from the University of Colorado in Denver with honors bestowed by the National Dean's Lists. There, he received a Merit Award from the American Institute of Architects. He was also a winner of the Design & Build competition by the Department of Architecture of the University of Colorado.
Pongsak holds a LEED Certification by The Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI), U.S.A. He is a registered architect in Thailand since 1993 and holds an IDP (Intern Development Program Certificate) issued by NCARB (National Council of Architecture Registration Boards).
He recently received a registered ASEAN architect (AA) from AEC (ASEAN Economic Community).
Before coming to the US, Warren received his bachelor degree at Tianjin University, then worked with China Architecture Design and Research Group for four years.
After graduating from Washington University in 2001, Warren has practiced architecture for over two decades mostly in the greater Washington DC area. He built solid professional experience with some world's top ranked design firms, such as RTKL and Leo A Daly. At Leo A Daly, Warren led a number of international projects as the director of design, including winning the First Place of the international design competition of Eco City Twin Towers in Suzhou.
Warren's experience covers wide spectrum of project types and styles- from Craftsman single family homes to Contemporary mixed-use urban complexes, from French Provincial interior to International master plans of industrial parks. With a flexible design skills adapted for each effort, and a vision uninhibited by scale, Warren has been essential to many complex undertakings.
Since founding his own practice, Warren has shifted his focus gradually on Washington DC's local high-end residential and commercial projects.
