Alastair Clarkson

Alastair is the current coach of the North Melbourne football club which forms part if the AFL. Prior to this position he was the 4 time premiership winning coach of the Hawthorn Football club from 2005-2021. Prior his career in coaching he played AFL football for 11 seasons, and also spent time as a primary school teacher at Wesley Collage in Melbourne, Victoria. He holds an MBA from Monash University.

Cameron Schwaiger

Cameron is a qualified accountant with extensive technical knowledge of the financial services industry. He has over 20 years' experience in investment banking, retail banking and funds management, with companies such as CIBC, HSBC and Westpac Financial Services. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Economics, is a Certified Practicing Accountant, and has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Catalina Sanchez - COO

James Neville-Smith

James Neville-Smith's 25-year career spans multiple sectors. James commenced his working life in the financial markets and has since been CEO/Director and or Chairman of numerous private and public companies spanning property, tourism, FMCG and forestry. James is experienced in M&A, having successfully orchestrated several significant business purchases and sales over the past 20 years. James lives in Flinders, Victoria, Australia and is married with 4 children.

Paul Lennon - Chairman

Paul is a former Premier of Tasmania has decades of experience regarding government bodies across a raft of industries including Industrial Relations, Workplace Standards, Workers' Compensation, Public Sector Management, Forests, Mines, Racing and Gaming, and Leader of Opposition Business in the House of Assembly. As a former trade union official he has a deep understand of the Australian and global public sector education sectors, and the unions whom represent the teachers that form the backbone of them.

Sarah Dougherty - CFO

Sarah oversees all areas of financial management and reporting. She works to deliver to the highest standard in accounting compliance, corporate functions and is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures. Prior to PeerGroup.co Sarah worked for Bayland as CFO for the past 5 years and has been in financial roles across multiple sectors.

Steve Pharr - Founder

Steve Pharr finished school at Brighton Grammar School, Victoria, Australia in 2001. He then studied Business/Law at Monash University in 2002. Four years later, he cofounded the overnight hit technology platform Bongo and floated on the stock exchange in 2007. From 2009 to 2017, Steve began an eight-year career in property development and during this time created one of Australia's largest private companies. Since 2018, Steve has project managed from the ground up interactive networking communications platforms across global industries including real-estate, auto, recruitment and education sectors. Steve doesn't do the day-to-day running of his businesses. His skills and passion are to find the best available executive talent to deliver on his vision.
