Party Plus was established in 1986 as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Stanley Works. After several years, The Stanley Works decided to exit the rental business and was acquired by our President, Leroy Dixon, who was previously a Regional Manager for the Stanley Works, charged with managing their rental operations in MD, NJ & PA. Since our acquisition in 1994, we have been a 100% privately-owned rental company. Our management team boasts over fifty combined years of experience.
