PAVE

PAVE was created at the Bristol Wellbeing Data Jam 2020 by a group of students passionate about positive social change... PAVE provides a visualisation of the pathways between different health and social care services. The software brings to life the lived experiences of people passed from service to service, and the failure of the current siloed system to meet their holistic needs... We are a team of human-centred designers who have a passion for bringing about positive social change by utilising digital technologies.
