Amy Dickerson - CFO

Ms. Dickerson, is responsible for the overall financial management of the Company including financial reporting and transparency. She oversees multiple corporate functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, treasury and human resources. Prior to joining REGENESIS, Ms. Dickerson held CFO and Controller positions within the banking industry after starting her career with KPMG in public accounting. She holds a B.S. in accounting and a B.S. in psychology from Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR.

Craig Sandefur

Mr. Sandefur is a recognized expert in the field of in situ remediation technologies. He has over 17 years of experience in the remediation industry and has developed much of REGENESIS' current product application capabilities. In this role, Mr. Sandefur was the focal point in the development of what is now commonly accepted direct-push application protocols for delivery of electron acceptors like ORC® and ORC Advanced®, electron donors like HRC® and 3-D Microemulsion® and chemical oxidants like RegenOx®. He was directly involved in the development of ORC and HRC design software which has become some of the most widely used software in the environmental industry. Mr. Sandefur has successfully designed and implemented a wide-range of in situ remediation strategies on hundreds of projects and provides expertise in the areas of technical trouble shooting and field performance. Mr. Sandefur received his BSc. in Biology from Southwestern Union College in Keene, TX and his MSc. in Geology from Loma Linda University in Riverside, CA. Mr. Sandefur is the Vice President of Remedial Applications Development at REGENESIS and a recognized expert with over 20 years of experience in the areas of in situ remedial design and applications. In his current role at REGENESIS, Mr. Sandefur is part of team of geologists located throughout the United States that provide remediation designs and optimize performance for REGENESIS clients. Under his direction, the Technical Services team at REGENESIS developed a Design Verification Testing (DVT) program, which consists of a suite of field sampling and testing activities carried out prior to subsurface remedial reagent emplacement. The DVT program at REGENESIS has also pioneered the use of Passive Flux Meters (PFM) in conjunction with contaminant plume aspect ratio analysis. This program has directly informed REGENESIS design and application teams, resulting in significant improvements in remedial reagent emplacement, project remedial outcomes and project cost reductions.

Dr. Paul Erickson

Dr. Paul Erickson is the Director of Research & Development with REGENESIS, overseeing the commercialization of new environmental solutions to address complex remediation challenges. In his time with REGENESIS, Dr. Erickson led the development of a number remediation products and technologies, including PetroFix and FluxTracer. Dr. Erickson earned a BS degree in Chemistry from Florida State University, a Masters in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, and a PhD in Environmental Chemistry from ETH Zurich. He is an author on over 20 peer-reviewed scientific publications mainly in the area of environmental chemistry.

Dr. Robert Bishop

Dr. Bishop received both a B.A. and a Ph.D. at the University of Southern California (Psychology/Biochemistry) and an MBA from the University of Miami. He began his career in research at Baxter Laboratories, and subsequently moved into management positions at American Hospital Supply Corporation and Allergan, Inc. He was the Chairman and CEO of AutoImmune Inc. from 1993 until his retirement. Dr. Bishop has served on the Board of Directors for Caliper Life Sciences, Millipore Corporation and Quintiles Transnational Corporation, and also as a member of the Compass Board of Trustees for MFS Investment Management.

Frederick R. McLaren

Mr. McLaren received his BSCE and BSSE from Penn State in 1962 and has been a Registered Civil Engineer in both California and Nevada, a Registered Geotechnical Engineer in California, a Diplomat for the American Academy of Environmental Engineering and a Registered Public Health Specialist in California. From 1962-1972 he was employed at the State of California Departments of Water Resource, Public Health and Water Quality Control Boards. At the time of leaving state service he was Assistant Chief, Division of Water Quality, and State Water Resources Control Board. From 1973-1976 Mr. McLaren was Vice-President of JB Gilbert & Associates. During this four year period he directed environmental engineering teams on studies and designs for water quality control facilities for major metropolitan areas of California including Sacramento, San Francisco and Lake Tahoe. From 1976-1991 he was President of McLaren/Hart Environmental Engineering Corporation. The company was best known for its expertise in design and construction of ground water pollution clean-up systems. From 1992-1996 Mr. McLaren took a sabbatical and from 1997-2000 he became the Chairman of the Board of McClaren Hart. He is currently retired.

Gareth Leonard

Mr. Leonard is the Managing Director of REGENESIS Europe, in which role he manages a dedicated team of in situ remediation specialists to provide the design and implementation of remedial solutions for environmental consultants, remediation contractors and end-users. Mr. Leonard has worked in the remediation industry for 13 years. In 2006, he joined REGENESIS Europe, specialists in scientifically proven product and service-based solutions for the in situ remediation of contaminated groundwater and soil. Prior to this, Mr. Leonard gained his expertise as a Senior Project Manager at a remediation contracting firm and as a Lead Drilling Fluids Engineer in offshore oil exploration. He holds a Certificate of Technical Competence (4TMHCL), an MSc in Environmental Chemistry and a BSc (Hons) in Geology.

Gavin S. Herbert III - Chairman

Mr. Herbert is the Chairman Emeritus of Allergan, Inc., headquartered in Irvine, CA. Allergan is a global health care company providing eye care and specialty pharmaceutical products worldwide. Mr. Herbert, who helped found the company in 1950, served as its Chairman from 1977 to 1995 as its Chief Executive Officer from 1961-1991. Mr. Herbert is also Owner/Chairman of Roger's Gardens, a large retail nursery in Newport Beach, CA and the Chairman and Founder of REGENESIS Bioremediation Products in San Clemente, CA that manufactures and markets products for environmental remediation. Mr. Herbert serves on the Board of Directors at Research to Prevent Blindness, Doheny Eye Institute, EyeCare America Foundation, The Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace Foundation and is Vice Chairman of the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation. He is a Life Trustee of the University of Southern California. Gavin Herbert is the Chairman and Founder of REGENESIS. Mr. Herbert spent over 50 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He was the Co-Founder of Allergan® and was the CEO from 1957-1991 and a Board member and Chairman Emeritus until 2014. Mr. Herbert is the Chairman of Rogers Gardens in Newport Beach. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of TechImmune, a vaccine company at the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Herbert previously served on the Board of SmithKline Beckman and the Beckman Foundation and Beckman Instruments. In addition, he served on the Board of the Nixon Library and a Research Board to prevent blindness. He is a University of Southern California graduate and a Lifetime Trustee. Mr. Herbert is President, Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of Roger's Gardens, a world-class retail garden center located in Newport Beach, California. Roger's Gardens is consistently ranked as one of the top specialty home and garden centers in America. Prior to joining Roger's Gardens, Gavin led Plant Research Laboratories, a developer of horticultural products and supplier to leading retail organizations such as Wal-Mart, Lowes, and Home Depot. Jeremy Birnstingl

Dr. Birnstingl directs technology commercialization and acquisition efforts for REGENESIS, worldwide. He oversees new product commercialization efforts and operates as a senior technical director on key remediation projects involving advanced in situ technologies. Dr. Birnstingl previously served as the founding Managing Director of REGENESIS in Europe, responsible for establishing technical and administrative teams across the continent within multiple legislative regimes and operating currencies. Prior to joining REGENESIS he served as Principal Environmental Scientist with URS Corporation. He has given numerous national and international seminars, university lectures and conference presentations in his technical area, and has published articles and papers in academic journals, conference proceedings and in the wider environmental subject literature. Dr. Birnstingl received a B.Sc. (Hons.) Environmental Biology from the University of Essex and a Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Lancaster.

Kristen Thoreson

Dr. Thoreson leads the chemical research and product development program. She has been involved in the development and implementation of many REGENESIS products, including the recent launch of PlumeStop® Liquid Activated Carbon™. Dr. Thoreson is trained as a chemist, and her graduate and post-doctorate research focused on mechanistic investigations of chlorinated ethene degradation pathways using molecular models and compound specific isotope analysis (CSIA) for both biotic and abiotic systems. She obtained her BSc in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, and her PhD in inorganic chemistry from the University of Minnesota. She also spent time as a postdoctoral associate at the Helmholtz Zentrum in Munich, Germany as a part of the Research Unit for Environmental Organic Isotope Chemistry. Dr. Thoreson serves as the Vice President of Quality and Process Improvement, where she manages and evaluates our company-wide quality processes and continuous improvement activities to ensure consistency and reliability in product quality, performance, and service. Prior to this role, Dr. Thoreson served as the Vice President of Research of Development for REGENESIS and Land Science, where she lead the development and implementation of many numerous products and technologies. Dr. Thoreson is an inventor on several issued patents and is a frequent speaker at scientific industry events. Before joining REGENESIS, she spent time as a postdoctoral associate at Helmholtz Zentrum, the German Research Center for Environmental Health, in Münich, Germany. Dr. Thoreson is trained as a chemist and was instrumental in the development and award of a number of US patents. She earned her B.S. in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, and her Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Minnesota. Before joining REGENESIS, she spent time as a postdoctoral associate at Helmholtz Zentrum, the German Research Center for Environmental Health, in Münich, Germany.

Louis T. Rosso

Mr. Rosso is Chairman Emeritus of Beckman Coulter, Inc. a manufacturer of laboratory instruments and has been its Chairman of the Board until his retirement in February, 1999. He served as Chief Executive Office from 1988, when Beckman Instruments, Inc. again became a publicly held company, until his retirement as a full-time employee in September, 1998. He also served as Beckman's President from 1982 until 1993, and as Vice President of SmithKline Beckman Corporation from 1982 until 1989. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Allergan, Inc., a global health care company, a member of the Board of Trustees of the St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare Foundation, and Trustee Emeritus and Senior Advisor to the President of the Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences at the Claremont Colleges. Louis T. Rosso is the former Chairman of Beckman Instruments, and Chairman Emeritus of Beckman Coulter, Inc. While employed with Beckman Instruments, Mr. Rosso enjoyed a 40-year career, taking on the role of President in 1982 and CEO /Chairman in1988. While at the helm, Mr. Rosso grew the company to $1.8 Billion in global l sales. As Chairman of the Rosso Family Foundation, Mr. Rosso is responsible for funding nonprofit organizations focused on education, healthcare, and veteran support. Currently, he is a Board member of REGENESIS and a former Board member of Allergan, Inc., American Health Properties, Inc., Beckman Instrument (Beckman Coulter), Pace Corporation, UC Irvine (Beckman Laser Institute) St. Jude Medical Center and Heritage Foundation and The Claremont Colleges (Harvey Mudd College and the Keck Graduate Institute). Mr. Rosso is a veteran, having served as a jet pilot in the United States Air Force and holds a Bachelor of Science from San Francisco State University and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.

Mr. Chris Graham

Mr. Graham retired from REGENESIS in 2014 after serving as the Company's Chief Financial Officer for 11 years. Prior to joining REGENESIS, he was the CFO for MicroVault, a startup web based software email security provider where he worked closely with the CEO raising $4 million from private investors and venture capital firms. From 1997 to 2001 Mr. Graham was employed as the Worldwide Operations Controller for VeriFone, a $650 million revenue division of Hewlett Packard. He was responsible for all of the accounting and reporting of its manufacturing operations in Taiwan, China, and the United States, and served as its key financial executive in managing and developing the accounting structure for its China and Taiwan subsidiaries. From 1991 to 1997 he was the Vice President and Corporate Controller for the Candle Corporation, a private global software company with global subsidiaries in Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan and Brazil. Mr. Graham was responsible for managing and developing the Company's global financial and international tax departments as the Company's revenues grew from $110 million to over $325 million. Before 1991 Mr. Graham worked in a variety of senior financial positions after leaving Price Waterhouse and Co. where he earned his Certified Public Accountant certification. Mr. Graham graduated from California State University Long Beach with a B.S. degree in Accounting and has been recognized as a Certified Global Management Accountant by the American Institute of CPA's.

Richard M. Haugen

Mr. Haugen has been President of Newport Assets Inc. and PK Partners, Inc. which are private investment firms located in Newport Beach since 1999. Investments with these firms are made in all asset classes including: bonds, equities, oil and gas, real estate, energy, hedge funds and private equity. Prior to this, he was the CEO and President of a public firm, Amylin Pharmaceuticals of La Jolla, a biotechnology venture, for three years. Prior to Amylin, he spent 17 years with Allergan Inc. of Irvine culminating that career as Chief Operating Officer of this $1 billion plus global company. He spent time with Allergan in Operations, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Strategic Marketing and General Management. He resides in Newport Beach with his wife. He has four grown children. He is presently a Board Member with Anivive Lifesciences (a private veterinary pharmaceutical company), REGENESIS (a private remediation solutions and product company), and an active Trustee for a number CRUT's and Estates. He received his B.S. and MBA from the University of Southern California.

Rick Gillespie

Mr. Gillespie serves as Senior Vice President North America for REGENESIS, directing a team of technical sales consultants and engineers across North America providing industry-leading support to REGENESIS customers. He has over 20 years of experience in the environmental remediation industry. Mr. Gillespie joined REGENESIS after a successful career as a Research Scientist at Battelle Memorial Institute. His work experience has been focused on innovative remediation technologies for the treatment of chlorinated solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, and metals in soils and groundwater. Mr. Gillespie was a co-author on the Multi-Site Air Sparging Design Paradigm. In addition, he was a contributor to the publication Principles and Practices of Enhanced Anaerobic Bioremediation of chlorinated Solvents. Mr. Gillespie earned his B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Scott B. Wilson - CEO, President

Mr. Wilson is a widely published expert with 25 years of experience in applied microbiology and bioremediation processes. He is a recognized thought leader in the commercialization of environmental technologies with a proven track record spanning three decades. As Vice President of Remediation Technology with Groundwater Technology, Inc., he led the team of scientists and engineers who developed GTI's industry-leading in situ bioremediation processes. He has overseen the design and implementation of more than 100 innovative full-scale remediation projects employing advanced technologies. He was appointed to provide technical oversight for the USEPA Bioaction Committee and served for eight years on the faculty of the National Water Well Association (now the NGWA) and served as a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Wilson received a M.S. from the University of Texas at El Paso, a B.A. from the University of San Diego and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Scott Mullin

Tricia Rodewald - CMO

Ms. Rodewald serves as Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for the brand and marketing efforts for the company. A frequent guest speaker on LinkedIn business development strategies, she has an extensive background in a wide array of industries including; construction, healthcare, medical device, technology, office furniture and education. Over the span of her 20+ year career, Ms. Rodewald has held Vice President and Director positions within the healthcare, medical device, and construction industries - most recently with the Penhall Company - systematically architecting and executing on high-level marketing, business development and sales plans focused on metrics and performance.
