C Phillip Pigott was born in Storm Lake, Iowa on October 17, 1942. Phil is married to his Jr. High sweetheart and has 5 children and 12 grandchildren. His passion for education and knowledge is exemplified in his extensive list of accreditations, degrees, certificates, awards, involvement in community associations. His business experience includes more than forty years in financial services. His earlier career includes individual executive management with Pacific Financial Companies. During the past thirty years he has managed his own firm that provides financial, insurance and securities services to individuals and businesses throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
