Bill Hare has been with Preferred Plumbing & Drain for over 10 years. He is a C-36 License holder with the Contractors State Licensing Board. Bill runs our East Bay shop and is the regional Manager for our South Bay shop.
Bill is a sports enthusiast and loves his Dallas Cowboys. Bill also travels with his daughter who is a high level soft ball player in the bay area.
I have been in the plumbing and drain cleaning industry since 1989. I was in the field as a plumber service Technician from 1989 until 1995. In 1995 I took over my own plumbing location as a manager in the Bay Area. In 2000 I was promoted to their headquarters office in Auburn Ca. I moved my family from the Bay Area to Rocklin Ca in August of 2000.
I worked for my companies Head Quarters office as the Vice President to the CEO until I went into business for my self in 2006. In the last 12 years, we have prided ourselves in a 97% customer satisfaction rating. Our motto is to always strive for an outrageously satisfied customer who actively refers to Preferred Plumbing & Drain to their friends, relatives, and associates.
My personal interest is spending as much time as I can when I am not working with my family. We enjoy boating and sporting events.

Dale Odom is our Executive Director for our Central Valley shop located in Modesto CA. He has been with Preferred Plumbing and Drain for 6 years and previously owned his own Plumbing Business before coming to the Preferred Plumbing & Drain team. Dale has been in the plumbing service business for 30 years. His commitment to customer satisfaction is always his number one priority.
Dale on his off time enjoys riding his motorcycle, shooting in competitions, hunting , and fishing.

Dany Seth is our Head company Accounting Manager for Preferred Plumbing & Drain. She has been with us for over 12 years and is a great asset. Dany also helps out as a local manager in our East Bay office.
Dany lives in Antioch California with her husband and two children who are both attending college in the Bay Area. Dany enjoys on her off time hanging out with family and friends as well as visiting her kids at school.

Mike Agol has been with Preferred Plumbing & Drain since its start in 2006 and holds many hats. Mike is the companies Operations Manager, Head Quality Control Manger, and Safety Officer for the company. He is a C-36 Plumbing license holder with the Contractors State Licensing Board. Mike and Bryan Graves have been working together on and off for 30 years.
Mike enjoys being with his family and grandson when he is not working, and also enjoys hiking, shooting, and various outdoor activities.

Ronnie is our South Bay Executive Director who has been with Preferred Plumbing & Drain for over 4 years. He is a Bay Area native and has grown the South Bay Area for us to be able to service more customers and take some of the market share. Ronnie has earned two customer service awards since he has taken over the South Bay shop as the Executive Director. Ronnie has also forced us to move into a larger facility to facilitate his team.
On a personal note - Ronnie is a father of two and enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and family in general when he is not working.
