Gary's incredible passion and drive for quality food began over 20 years ago whilst working at some of the finest dining establishments across London. In a search to master different cuisines and to work with some of the best ingredients and chefs in the world, Gary left London and took himself to work in Italy, Spain, Germany and the home of gastronomy, France.
