Kate Dixon (she/her) brings a natural curiosity and inquisitiveness to her work with both individuals and teams. She maintains a vision of great potential for her clients, and compassionately holds them accountable for achieving their goals. Kate believes that co-creation and collaboration are not only fantastic tools for anti-oppression consulting, but are inherently good for both individuals and the world. Kate has spent the past 25 years working for and consulting with leaders in for-profit companies including Nike, Intel, American Express, Mercari, and Kaiser Permanente, as well as non-profits like The Learning Policy Institute, Northwest Housing Alternatives, One Community Health, DePaul Industries, Period, and the Nike Community Impact Fund. She's an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach, and she's held the Certified Compensation Professional designation for over twenty years. She's the author of Pay Up! Unlocking Insider Secrets of Salary Negotiation, and Name Your Price: Pricing Your Services, Setting Your Terms, and Getting What You Want as a Consultant, Coach, or Freelancer. Kate is a cis-het white woman with two adult children, and lives with her husband, Steve, and little dog, Jeffrey, in Portland, Oregon.

Rashmi is a coach educator and currently is VP, Education Mastery at ICF Oregon and has been on the Social justice committee for ICF Global. Rashmi has spoken on topics of Decolonization, White Supremacy, Diversity and Inclusion in several global forums.
